Section 43. General Council fund

43. (1) There shall be a fund called General Council Fund. (2) The fund as aforesaid shall be under separate sub-head within the state budget to be held for the purpose of this Act and all moneys realized or realizable under this Act and all moneys otherwise received by the General Council, as the case may be shall be credited to its fund. (3) The accounts of the General Council shall be kept in such form and manner as may be prescribed in consultation with the Accountant General, Assam.
