Section 12. Payment of fees and travelling expenses to members.

12. There shall be paid to the members of the Council, such fees for attendance at meeting of the Council or of special Committees and such reasonable travelling expenses for such attendence and for journeys undertaken in the discharge of their duties under this Act, as may be provided by regulations.
