Section 43. Powers and Responsibilities of the Director General of Police

43. As head of the State Police Force, it shall be the responsibility of the Director General of Police of the State to,- (a) make operational the Government policies and any action plans approved by the State Government; and (b) administer, control and supervise the Police Force to ensure its efficiency, effectiveness, responsiveness and accountability.
