Section 89. Protection of action taken in good faith

89. No suit or other legal proceedings shall lie against the State Government, the State Police Security Commission, its members and staff, the Police Accountability Commission, its members, staff or any person acting under the direction of the State Government or Board or the Commission, or members or staff of the District Accountability Authorities, in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of the provisions of this Chapter .
