Section 97. Refusal to deliver up certificate etc. on ceasing to be police officers

97. Whoever, having ceased to be a police officer, does not forthwith deliver up his/her certificate of appointment, clothing, accoutrements and other wherewithal supplied to him for the execution of his duty, shall on conviction by a competent Court of Law, be liable to a fine which may extend to two thousand rupees
