Section 35B. Swiss Challenge.

35 B. Swiss Challenge.- (1) A procuring entity may choose to procure the subject matter of procurement by the method of Swiss Challenge, under such conditions, as may be prescribed by the Government. (2) The procedure for Swiss Challenge shall be such as may be prescribed by the Government.
