Section 15. Protection of action taken in good faith.

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by The Assam Rural Development Cess (Repealing) Act, 2022; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
15. No suit or other proceeding shall lie against the State Government or any officer of the State Government for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any rules made thereunder.
