Section 8. Appeal

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by The Assam Rural Development Cess (Repealing) Act, 2022; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
8. (1) Any person, who is aggrieved by any order of the Commissioner under this Act, may file an appeal before such person or authority, in such manner, within such time, and on payment of such fees, as may be prescribed. (2) The appeal shall be heard and decided in such manner as may be prescribed.
