This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by The Assam Ministers' and Leader of the Opposition's Salaries, Allowances and Amenities Act, 2018; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
1. (1) This Act may be called the Salary and Allowances of the Leader of Opposition in the Assam Legislative Assembly Act, 1978. (2) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the official Gazette, appoint.
