Section 3. Salary of the Leader of Opposition.

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by The Assam Ministers' and Leader of the Opposition's Salaries, Allowances and Amenities Act, 2018; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
3. There shall be paid to the Leader of Opposition a salary of rupees one thousand per mensem.
