Section 8. The Chancellor The Assam Science & Technology University Act, 2009
Act no. 3 of 2010 2010 In force Assam (State Act)
8. (1) The Governor of Assam shall be the Chancellor of the University.
(2) The Chancellor, when present, shall preside at any meeting of the Court and at any convocation of the University.
