Section 2. Definitions. THE ASSAM SPEAKER'S AND DEPUTY SPEAKER'S SALARIES, ALLOWANCES AND AMENITIES ACT, 2018 (SINGLE DOCUMENT)
Act no. 8 of 2018 2018 In force Assam (State Act)
2. In this Act, unless there is anything repugnant to the subject or context,-
(a) "Speaker" and "Deputy Speaker" means the Speaker and the Deputy Speaker of the Assam Legislative Assembly;
(b) "prescribed" means prescribed by rules made under this Act.
