Section 22. Meetings of the Executive Council.

This Act was repealed on 21 May 2022 by The Assam State Higher Education Council (Repealing) Act, 2022 (Assam Act 19 of 2022); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
22. (1) The meetings of the Executive Council shall be convened by the Mission Director on the advice of the Chairman and/or the Vice Chairman. (2) The Executive Council shall meet as often as may be necessary, at least once in three months. (3) The quorum for the meetings of the Executive Council shall be one third of the filled up membership in each body and decisions may be taken in the meetings by simple majority of those present and voting.
