Section 27. Status of members and staff of council.

This Act was repealed on 21 May 2022 by The Assam State Higher Education Council (Repealing) Act, 2022 (Assam Act 19 of 2022); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
27. The Chairman, Co-Chairman, Members, Officers and Staff of the Council when acting or purporting to act in pursuance of any of the provisions of this Order shall be deemed to be public servants.
