Section 30. Power to make regulations.

This Act was repealed on 21 May 2022 by The Assam State Higher Education Council (Repealing) Act, 2022 (Assam Act 19 of 2022); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
30. The Council may, from time to time, subject to the previous approval of the State Government, make regulations consistent with the provisions of the Act and the rules, for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this Act.
