7. (a) Chairman, General Council : Hon'ble Chief Minister, Assam; (b) Vice-Chairman, General Council : Hon'ble Minister in Charge of the Higher Education, Assam; (c) Chairman, Executive Council : Chief Secretary, Assam, Government of Assam.
