Section 5. Exhibition of ticket. The Assam State Transport Corporation (Prevention of Unauthorised Travel) Act, 1977

5. Any person who travels in a transport vehicle shall, whenever required by an employee of the Corporation authorised in that behalf, present his ticket to such employee for examination.
