Section 9. Obstructing employee of the Corporation in his duty The Assam State Transport Corporation (Prevention of Unauthorised Travel) Act, 1977

9 If any person wilfully obstructs an employee of the Corporation in the discharge of his duty, he shall be punishable with imprisonment which may extend to one month or with fine which may extend to two hundred and fifty rupees or with both.
