Section 50. Existing teachers, officers and staff

50. (1) All post of the Assam Agricultural University including the vacant posts shall be transferred immediately to the Veterinary and Fishery University on the date of commencement of the Act. (2) Existing teachers and staff of the Agricultural University shall constitute a special cadre with respect to their service conditions at the time of their appointment.
