59. The annual report of the University shall be prepared under the direction of the Vice-Chancellor and submitted by him to the Board on or before such date as may be prescribed. The report as approved by the Board shall be submitted by the Vice-Chancellor to the Chancellor and the State Government. The State Government shall cause the report to be laid before the State Legislative Assembly.
