Section 36. Protection of action taken in good faith.

36. Protection of action taken in good faith.—No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Controller, or any Assistant Controller of Weights and Measures or any Inspector or any other person or authority appointed under this Act in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or Rules made thereunder.
