Section 31. Annual Accounts.

31. (1) The annual accounts of the University shall be prepared under the directions of the Executive Council and shall be submitted to the Government for audit. (2) The annual accounts together with the Audit report thereon shall be published by the Executive Council, and copies of such accounts and audit report shall be submitted to the Government.
