Section 4. The University.

4. (1) The Chancellor, the Pro-Chancellor, the Vice Chancellor, and the members of the Executive Council, the Court and Academic Council for the time being, shall constitute a body corporate by the name of the Assam Women's University. (2) The University shall have perpetual succession and a common seal, and can sue and be sued by the said name.
