Section 50. Pension, Insurance and Provident Fund.

50. With the previous approval of the Government, the University shall make appropriate provisions for the benefit of its officers; teachers and non- teaching staff under its control in matter of insurance, pension and provident fund and for such other benefits as it may deem fit, in such manner as may be prescribed by the Ordinances.
