Section 53. Removal of difficulties.

53. If any difficult arise as to the first constitution or reconstitution of any Authority of the University after the commencement of this Act, or otherwise in first giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may, be order, do anything which appears to them necessary for the purpose of removing the difficulty.
