Section 27. Budget.

This Act was repealed on 1 July 2017 by the Bihar Agricultural and Rural Area Development Agency (Repeal) Act, 2017 (Bihar Act 6 of 2018), s.1(3); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
27. Budget. - The Agency shall prepare, in such form and as such time each year as may be prescribed, a budget in respect of the ensuing financial year, and copies thereof shall be forwarded to the State Government for their consideration and approval.
