Bihar Agricultural and Rural Area Development Agency Act, 1978

This Act was repealed on 1 July 2017 by the Bihar Agricultural and Rural Area Development Agency (Repeal) Act, 2017 (Bihar Act 6 of 2018), s.1(3); it may still apply to matters that began before then.

43. Repeal and Saving. - (1) The Bihar Agricultural and Rural Area Development Agency Second Ordinance, 1978 (Bihar Ordinance no. 101 of 1978) is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken in exercise of any power conferred by or under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken in exercise of powers conferred by or under this Act as if this Act were in force on the day on which such thing or action was done or taken.
