Section 5. Enquiry of activities of coaching institute.

5. Enquiry of activities of coaching institute.—The District Magistrate, by an officer not below the rank of sub-divisional officer, shall get enquired regarding the fulfillment of required eligibility of registration and the satisfactory activities of coaching institute.
