This Act was repealed on 25 February 2019 by the Bihar Elementary School Education Committee (Repeal) Act, 2019 (Bihar Act 9 of 2019), s.2; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
12. Powers of the Government to Remove Deficulties.– For the implementation of the provisions of this Act, the state Government may issue guidelines and also the State Government shall have the power to remove the difficulties in the implementation of the provisions of this Act.
