This Act was repealed on 25 February 2019 by the Bihar Elementary School Education Committee (Repeal) Act, 2019 (Bihar Act 9 of 2019), s.2; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
4. Secretary of the Adhoc committee.– Under the supervision of the Block Education Extension Officer 1 (one) member among the mothers will be selected either unanimously or by election by all the members as secretary.
