Section 6. Meeting of the Adhoc Committee.

This Act was repealed on 25 February 2019 by the Bihar Elementary School Education Committee (Repeal) Act, 2019 (Bihar Act 9 of 2019), s.2; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
6. Meeting of the Adhoc Committee.– The meeting of Adhoc committee will be called every month and presence of at least 4 (four) members will be essential for such meeting.
