Section 22. Repeals . The Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009

22. Repeals .— In view of the provisions of this Act the related provisions of Chapter-XIII of the Bihar Land Reforms (Fixation of Ceiling Area and Acquisition of Surplus Land) Act, 1961 are hereby repealed.
