3. Special Definitions.— In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires :- (a) "Chairman" means the Chairman of the Bihar Land Tribunal. (b) "Member" means Member of the Bihar Land Tribunal. (c) "Tribunal" means Tribunal constituted under Section- 4 of this Act.
