Section 41. Interpretation. THE BIHAR SCHOOL EXAMINATION BOARD ACT, 2019

41. Interpretation.– In case of any ambiguity or difference in interpreting the provisions of the English and the Hindi version of this Act, the provision of the English version of this Act shall be applicable.
