This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Bihar Shops and Establishments (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 2025; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
13. No child to work in an establishment.—No child below the age of 1[fourteen years shall be required or allowed to work as an employee in any establishment to which this Act applies.
