Section 18. Power to issue direction. THE BIHAR STATE HIGHER EDUCATION COUNCIL Act, 2018

18. Power to issue direction.- The Government may issue to the Council such directions, as in its opinion are necessary or expedient for carrying out the purpose of this Act, and the Council shall give effect to all such directions.
