21. Delegation. – (1) The Central Government may by order direct that any power exercisable by it under this Act shall be exercisable, subject to such conditions, if any, also by such officers subordinate to the Central Government as may be specified in the order, (2)The Chief Administrator may delegate all or any of his powers under this Act to any officer of the Central Government subject to such conditions, if any, as may be specified by the Chief Administrator.
