1. Short title, extent and commencement.—(1) This Act may be called the Punjab Aided Schools (Security of Service) Act, 1969. (2) It extends to the whole of the Union territory of Chandigarh. (3) It shall come into force on such date, as the Administrator may, by notification in the Chandigarh Gazette, appoint.
