1. (1) This Act may be called the Madhya Pradesh Adhosanrachna Vinidhan Nidhi Board Adhiniyam, 2000. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Madhya Pradesh. (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 19th day of january, 2000.
