Section 7. Guarantee by Government of loans.

7. The State Government may guarantee, in such manner as it may deem fit, the payment of the principal and interest of any loan proposed to be raised by the Board under Section 6: Provided that the total guarantee issued by the State Government under this Act shall not exceed a sum of Rupees one thousand crores.
