Section 2. Definitions.

2. In this Act, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context,— (a) “cinematograph” includes any apparatus for the representation of moving pictures or series of pictures; (b) “Place” includes a house, building, tent and any description of transport , whether by sea, land or air; (c) “prescribed means prescribed by rules made under this Act.
