1. (1) This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Co-operative Societies (Recovery of Losses) Act, 2007. (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force retrospectively with effect from 1st November, 2000. (3) It extends to the whole of the State of Chhattisgarh.
