Section 50A. Absorption of the officers and servants.

[50A. Absorption of the officers and servants. - Notwithstanding anything in this Act or the Madhya Pradesh Municipal Corporations Act, 1956 or the Madhya Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1961 and the rules made thereunder the services of officers and employees appointed under this Act shall be absorbed in such Municipal Corporation or Municipal Council or Nagar Panchayat, as the case may be, in such manner and on such terms and conditions as the State Government may, by order, determine ; Provided that such absorption shall not affect the seniority of any employee or officer of the Municipal Corporation or Municipal Council or Nagar Panchayat, as the case may be.]
