30. Further provision as to execution of contracts and agreements- (I) Subject to the provisions of sections 28 and 29 the contracts and agreements shall be made or executed in accordance with such rules as may be prescribed. (2) A contract or agreement made or executed in contravention of the provisions of this Act or the rules or regulations made these under shall not be binding on the Board.
