Section 72. Application of sinking fund

72. Application of sinking fund - The Board may from time to time apply the sinking fund or any part thereof, in or towards the discharge of the loan or any part of the loan, which such sinking fund was established, and until such loan is wholly discharged, shall not apply the same for any other purpose.
