25. Authorties of University.- The following shall be authorities of the University:-
(i) the Board ;
(ii) the Academic Council ;
(ii) the Faculties ;
(iv) Finance Committee; and
(v) such other authorities as may be declared by the Statutes to be the authorities of the University.
