Section 44. Constitution of committees.

44. Constitution of committees.- Where any authority of the University is given power by this Act or the Statutes to appoint Committees, such committees shall, save as otherwise provided, consist of members of the authority concern and of such other persons, if any as the authority in each case may think fit.
