Section 13. Procedure and powers of Spceial Court regarding offences.

13. For trial of the offence the procedure prescribed for the warrant trial in the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (No.2 of 1974) shall be applicable and special court may take cognizance of the offence without being committed the case to it.
