Section 15. Restrictions on selling of goods

This Act was repealed on 13 February 2025 by the Chhattisgarh Shops and Establishments (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 2017 (Chhattisgarh Act 21 of 2018), s.30(1), in force from 13 February 2025; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
15. Restrictions on selling of goods -- Before and after the hours fixed for the opening and closing of shops under section 9, no goods of the kind sold in such shops shall be sold in any restaurants or eating-house except for consumption on premises.
