Section 20. Theatres or other places of public amusement or entertainment not to sell goods of the kind sold in shops after the closing hour of shops

This Act was repealed on 13 February 2025 by the Chhattisgarh Shops and Establishments (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 2017 (Chhattisgarh Act 21 of 2018), s.30(1), in force from 13 February 2025; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
20. Theatres or other places of public amusement or entertainment not to sell goods of the kind sold in shops after the closing hour of shops -- After the hour fixed for the closing of shops under section 9, no goods of the kind sold in shop shall be sold in any theatre or other place of public amusement or entertainment except for consumption on premises.
